Meet the Amazing...

Hello, my name is Kylie, and my passion is working with children!

I have seven years of combined experience in a variety of childcare settings, and I’ve developed a deep understanding of each child’s unique needs. My experience spans a wide age range—from toddlers to young adults (ages 2 to 22)—and I love working with children of all ages, especially toddlers and preschoolers.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and in that role I’ve worked one-on-one with children and young adults between the ages of 7 and 22, supporting their behavioral and developmental goals. I’ve also worked as a toddler room assistant, where I provided hands-on care and support in a classroom setting. I completed an Early Childhood Education Program, which gave me valuable tools for supporting early development through play, structure, and compassionate guidance.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, creating art of any kind, and baking! While safety is always my top priority, I also aim to make sure every child feels supported, engaged, and excited about their day.
