At Aspen Babysitting & Nanny Co, we understand that finding reliable, engaged, and compassionate childcare can be a challenge. That is why we're here to provide just that! Our experienced babysitters are available for daytime or evening care. Advance booking to ensure availability is recommended, but we will also always do our best to assist with any last-minute requests.
Our babysitting services are perfect for your short-term childcare needs. Our sitters come to your home, hotel, or conference site with age-appropriate games and activities to keep your little ones entertained and engaged. Our sitters are also knowledgeable about all of the exciting kid-friendly activities in our area and are happy to take your children out and about for some fun.
For our youngest ones, we offer skilled Infant Care specialists with a minimum of 1 year of experience specifically with infants. You can rest easy knowing that your baby is receiving the best possible care from our dedicated and loving Infant Care sitters.

Babysitter Qualifying Process:

In-depth interview to assess qualifications and character.

Three (3) Reference Checks

We conduct national and state Criminal background checks

We require CPR certification

A minimum of two (2) years of childcare experience. Infant Care Specialists have an additional year of childcare experience specifically with infants.
Booking Policies:

All bookings require a 4-hour minimum.

Reservations of 8 hours or more require an 8-hour minimum.

Hourly minimums cannot be waived for any reason.

Families are responsible for parking fees and fees for extra activities.

Hourly fees will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of each booking.

A 5% service fee will be charged for all bookings.

You may tip your sitter in cash, Venmo, or through our app. split

Holiday Pricing applies from February 16 - 19 for President's Day Weekend.

5 or more children will require a second sitter.

Add $5 more per hour for two children under the age of 2 years old

Add $5 more per hour for a Babysitter Shared between 2 or more families.
Cancelation Policies:

Aspen Babysitting & Nanny Company has a strict 48-hour cancellation/change policy.
-
We cannot waive our cancellation fee for any reason (including but not limited to canceled flights, illness, or unforeseen events).

If cancellation occurs within the cancellation period, a $160 cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations outside of the 48-hour policy will be charged a $20 cancellation fee for each matched booking.
-
We have a $25 last-minute booking fee for bookings made less than 48 hours in advance.

Petsitting
At Aspen Babysitting & Nanny Co, we know how important it is to find excellent care for your pets. We provide attentive and active pet sitters to care for your cherished furry family members. Our pet sitters are happy to provide activities catered to your pets' specific needs and abilities. We ensure quality time spent with your pet while you are out during the day.
