Long-Term Live-In & Live-Out Childcare Services

We accept applications from only the most experienced nanny candidates seeking employment. These candidates are thoroughly screened to meet your individual requirements.

We recommend starting your nanny search 45 - 60 days before the start date of your nanny, but we can often find a great match much quicker. Employment advertisements are placed in reputable media sources and each applicant is screened and interviewed by someone on the Aspen Babysitting Company Nanny Placement team. We send only the top candidates to you for a personal interview.

We require a 6 month minimum for a Nanny Placement.

How does our Nanny Placement Process work?

Fill out our discovery form, which will give us an idea what you need. We will follow up to confirm and to learn more about your family before we start our search!

We find a nanny who matches your family’s personality and preferences. We help schedule a family and nanny meeting and trial day.

If both parties want to move forward we help negotiate contract terms. Meet with the nanny before they start and provide guidance every step of the way!

Nanny Placement Options & Pricing

  • Nanny Placement Options:
    • Full-Time Live-In or Live-Out
    • Part-Time Live-In or Live-Out
  • $750 Registration fee -- Non-refundable applied to the final total.
  • 15% of Nanny's annual gross income.
  • The family chooses the hourly rate.
    • Please note that top candidates are seeking $25 - $40/hr
  • Minimum Placement of six (6) months.​

Nanny Qualifications:

  • Infant & Child CPR + First Aid training and certification

  • Legally permitted to work in the United States

  • Personal reliable vehicle

  • Professional demeanor

  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • No prior criminal convictions

  • At least three exemplary references from related positions

  • Must be able to commit to the total time requested by the family

  • Three or more years of childcare experience, not including taking care of family.

  • Able to exercise discretion and be trustworthy

  • Clean driving record

  • Excellent communication skills

  • At least 18 years or older

  • Meet or exceed the base requirements for a position
