We don't simply send you a stack of applications. We get to know your family, search for candidates who fit your needs, screen applicants, and present you with a select group of qualified candidates worth meeting.
You make the final decision.
We recommend beginning your search approximately 45–60 days before your desired start date, although some placements can happen much sooner.
We specialize in long-term nanny placements with a minimum one-year commitment.

Complete our discovery form and tell us about your family, schedule, children, household, and what you're looking for in a nanny.
We'll follow up personally to learn more about your priorities, preferences, and what will make someone a great fit in your home.
Searching & Screening
This is where we take the work off your plate.
We review applicants, interview promising candidates, check qualifications and experience, and identify the people we believe are the strongest match for your family.
Rather than spending hours sorting through applications yourself, you'll receive a carefully selected group of candidates who have already made it through our screening process.
We'll coordinate interviews with the candidates you're interested in and help arrange trial days.
Choose Your Nanny
You decide who feels right for your family.
Once you and a candidate decide you'd like to move forward, we'll help facilitate the final steps, including discussing the offer and assisting with the nanny agreement and terms.
Our goal is to make the entire process—from "We need a nanny" to "We found our person"—as straightforward and supported as possible.
Nanny Placement Pricing
We want our placement service to be a worthwhile investment for families who are looking for an experienced team to manage their nanny search start to finish.
Search Fee
A non-refundable search fee begins your nanny search and is applied toward your final placement fee.
Placement Fee
This is a flat rate paid once you have chosen your nanny. Please inquire for our most current rates.
Nanny Compensation
Families determine and pay their nanny's compensation directly. We can help you understand the current market and create a competitive offer based on the position, schedule, responsibilities, and experience required.
Nanny Qualifications:
While every position is different, our nanny candidates are expected to meet high professional standards, including:
