Hello, my name is Jessie!

 I was born in Wenatchee, Washington, but I grew up in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. I love Colorado, and I'm blessed to live in the valley and to call it home.

I have worked with toddlers and preschoolers for over ten years now. I currently teach at Mt Sopris Montessori School, which has been a wonderful experience in my early childhood career. Previously, I worked as a kid care supervisor for the city of Glenwood Springs. I hold a teacher assistant certification. I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. My childcare philosophy stems from the Montessori method, which says play is a child's work! Having the opportunity to explore the world with children brings me immense joy!

My hobbies include hanging out with my cat, Lola, and walking my dog, Brownie, an adopted chug.
