Meet the Amazing...

Hi, my name is Jami!

I’m a mom of two boys, ages 20 and 16, and I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, including 18 years as an educator in Kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as working with children with disabilities and exceptional needs. I currently serve as the Executive Director of a nonprofit focused on behavioral health, where I advocate for high-risk adolescents and support their families.

I hold a Master's degree and speak both English and Spanish. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children of many different ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and I truly believe in meeting every child where they are. Whether we're playing outside, exploring their interests, reading books, or simply spending quality time together, my goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and encouraged to be themselves.

Families can feel confident knowing I have extensive experience with infants, young children, school-aged children, and children with exceptional behavioral and developmental needs. I am patient, calm, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through positive relationships and meaningful experiences.
