Payment Procedures

Babysitters are paid cash or check directly from the parents and are billed at time of service. Agency fee is billed to your credit card upon completion of service.

The agency fee is a finder’s fee for referring quality childcare. This fee is paid directly to the Aspen Babysitting Company. The fee is charged per hour, per babysitter to the customer via Visa/MasterCard, or American Express. Clients will not be charged until the job is completed. All reservations made through Aspen Babysitting Company, Inc. must be guaranteed by credit card, given by parents at time of booking. Please be aware that our rates may be different during the holiday season. Please contact us directly for rates during the holidays.
